A Mission to Prevent Knee Surgery
Millions of Americans develop arthritis in the knee, making it one of the most common chronic pain conditions of our time, which is why knee replacements have become one of the most common orthopedic surgeries performed nowadays. BUT OUR MISSION IS TO PREVENT THAT. Our sole purpose is to help people improve their quality of life without the dependence of medications, cortisone injections or risky surgeries.
The first step we take is to identify and understand exactly where the pain is coming from. People can experience chronic knee pain due to ligament or cartilage damage, as well as Osteoarthritis. Then, once we have determined exactly what your problem is, we will develop a custom treatment plan to help you get better. Our treatment plans are based on studied and proven methods that have produced positive results time and time again. It is important to note that we will only accept you as a patient if we are completely positive that we can help you.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
Injections that use a concentrated form of your own blood that is injected directly into the damaged joint. PRP stimulates and increases the number of healing cells your body produces, enhancing and promoting further healing in the affected area.
Hyaluronic Acid Injections
A natural substance that acts as a cushion and lubricant in specific areas of the body, including the knee joints. It is also referred to as the "Gel Shot" or "Rooster Comb". Hyaluronic acid injections are FDA-approved for degeneration in the knee. To achieve the best cushioning and lubricating results, three to five injections spaced about a week apart are recommended. Medicare does cover hyaluronic acid knee injections
Knee Decompression(Knee on Trac System)
A revolutionary therapy that gently creates space in the knee joint, relieving inflammation and pain. Studies have shown that knee decompression is a highly effective therapy that can help improve mobility in the knee joint, and that it is better than using conventional methods alone.
Class IV laser (or warm laser)
A laser that uses specific frequencies of light that interact safely with the body's tissues to increase blood flow and nutrient flow to damaged areas. This helps decrease inflammation and pain, and facilitates healing.
We also carefully advise and guide you on how to implement simple exercises and a lifestyle modification program.
