Dr. David Katz, MD
After finishing his education in New York City, Dr. Katz trained in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Pain Management. For twenty years, he was in private practice in Pennsylvania. In the last fifteen years of his career, he was employed as Medical Director for Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Centers in Florida and Georgia.

Miranda Donohoe, ARNP
Miranda Donohoe, ARNP, was born and raised nearby in Palatka, FL. She moved to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida, where she earned a bachelor's degree in nursing and a master's degree as a family nurse practitioner. Upon graduation, Miranda worked for UF Health for eight years until she moved to Ponte Vedra. She also worked at Ellison Vein Institute here in Jacksonville. She is passionate about caring for her patients and seeing them thrive, and enjoys working with patients to improve their quality of life.
In her spare time, Miranda loves spending time with her husband and three boys and attending their many sporting events. She also enjoys working with friends at her local gym.

Dr. Gabriel Busquets, D.C.
Dr. Gabriel Busquets was born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. At 19 years old, he moved to the United States, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Savannah College of Arts and Design.
After working in South Florida for more than five years, Dr. Busquets was inspired to change direction and become a chiropractor after both he and his wife received life-changing chiropractic care that helped them get back to doing the things they love to do. He graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in 2014.
Dr. Busquets practiced chiropractic in Texas for a few years, before opening Primero Spine and Joint in Jacksonville in 2017. Caring for so many patients with chronic knee pain prompted him to learn more and become an expert in treating degenerative knee problems non-surgically. He opened Jacksonville Integrative Health in February 2022.
